Eligibility
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
- We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable
Return Process
- Contact our customer support team before sending any item back
- Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method
- Refund processing may take 5–10 working days, depending on your payment provider
